You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and use the 99rt platform.
Each player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until turnover conditions are fully met.
Any form of cheating, collusion, system exploitation, or fraudulent activity will result in account termination and fund forfeiture.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration.

Access to and use of the 99rt platform is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account or using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
Important: 99rt is primarily designed for players in Indonesia. You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.
To use 99rt's Services, you must create a single, verified account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 99rt. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, 99rt reserves the right to suspend all accounts involved, void all associated bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 99rt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 99rt will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your residential address, phone number, or email — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting our support team. 99rt reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
Note: 99rt may, at its sole discretion, reject any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee access to all Services or promotions.
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect the integrity of our platform, 99rt applies a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request.
You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
99rt will endeavour to complete KYC verification within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be held in a pending state. We may request additional documentation at any time if our compliance team deems it necessary.
If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory KYC documentation, 99rt reserves the right to restrict your account, prevent withdrawals, void any outstanding bets, and ultimately close the account. In cases of suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, balances may be held pending investigation.
99rt supports the following payment methods for Indonesian players:
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 99rt does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account, less any applicable transaction fees. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence review.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account h older. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction, and the maximum withdrawal per single transaction is Rp 50.000.000. Players requiring larger withdrawals should contact our support team to arrange a multi-transaction schedule.
99rt targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts using supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional compliance checks are required. 99rt shall not be liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
Before a withdrawal request can be processed, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
99rt reserves the right to reject, reverse, or void any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, linked to money laundering, or otherwise in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Currency Note: All account balances, bets, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 99rt does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.
99rt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general bonus rules.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion description. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must place a total of Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance is released for withdrawal.
Not all games or bet types contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. As a general guide:

99rt operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine betting intent; creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, 99rt reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel all associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
All bonuses and free bets carry an expiry date, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds expire 7 calendar days from the date of issue if the applicable wagering requirement has not been completed. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Reminder: Always read the specific terms of each promotion before opting in. If you choose not to accept a bonus, you may opt out prior to making a deposit by contacting our support team. Bonus terms can vary significantly between promotions.
All bets placed on 99rt are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selection — including the event, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. 99rt will not be liable for bets placed in error, including incorrect selections or mistaken stake amounts.
99rt offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting on football, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup (featuring Timnas Indonesia), and the FIFA World Cup. Additional sports markets include badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, BWF World Championships), volleyball, basketball, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit in Indonesia), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Specific rules for each sport and market type — including settlement rules for postponed, abandoned, or voided events — are published in our Sports Betting Rules documentation, accessible from the Help section of the platform.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any single leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and will be displayed at the time of bet placement.
Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome will be determined by the game server record. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on the provider's side, bets for that round will be voided and stakes returned. 99rt accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by officially published lottery draw outcomes from authorized international sources. Any discrepancy between displayed results and official published results will be settled in favor of the official published result. Draw schedules are published on the platform and operate on WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) unless otherwise stated.
Sabung ayam (cockfighting) events are streamed live from licensed arenas in the Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia. The outcome of each match is determined by the officiating judge at the arena. 99rt will settle bets in accordance with the official arena result. In the event a match is declared a draw or is stopped before a result is determined, bets on Meron (red corner) and Wala (blue corner) will be voided and stakes returned, except where specific draw-outcome bet types have been placed.
99rt reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after the event outcome was known; (b) the bet was placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical malfunction; (c) the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in our Sports Betting Rules; or (d) evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is detected. Voided bets will have stakes returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99rt platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
All content on the 99rt platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99rt or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from 99rt without the prior written consent of 99rt.
The 99rt name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of 99rt. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the platform without the prior written consent of 99rt.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99rt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, 99rt's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, 99rt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Important: 99rt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.
By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration and KYC, transaction and betting history data, device and connection data, and communications data generated through your interactions with our customer support team.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with licensed payment providers, KYC and AML compliance vendors, and relevant authorities where required by law.
You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any verified withdrawable balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
99rt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds or pending promotions are immediately forfeited upon account closure. Withdrawable real-money balances will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, except where funds are subject to an active investigation or legal hold.
These Terms and Conditions, together with all documents incorporated by reference, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99rt holds its operating license. In the event of a conflict between those laws and the laws of your country of residence, the governing law of our operating jurisdiction shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (WIB) and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
If your complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to our designated dispute resolution officer by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". We will respond within 10 business days with a final internal determination.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described above, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Neither party shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief or pursue class action proceedings in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms.
Note: Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate, irreparable harm.
99rt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by applicable law or regulatory guidance, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the 99rt platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
